SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All the orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order under normal circumstances.
Standard Shipping (2-5 days)
Expedited/Express Shipping (1-3 days)
The estimated delivery time may vary from state to state. Weekends and Holidays are not calculated as business days.
Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay.
Please be aware that no shipments are delivered on national holidays.
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a notification either by email or WhatsApp with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Applicable shipping cost or free delivery/shipping shall be indicated during checkout.
We may be able to amend or cancel your order before it ships. In the event that your order has already left the warehouse, please do not accept the package.
Our courier partner will initiate the return and on receipt, we shall refund the payment in 5-7 business days. There may be additional time required by the payment service providers as per their policy
RETURNS
Do not accept the parcel if the shipment is damaged, tampered, or in any bad condition.
In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours at care@goinsanefit.com along with images of the damaged product, Inner & Outer Packaging along with the shipping label and the invoice copy.
If based on examination the product is badly damaged we will arrange a reverse pick up request for you to return the product to us.
Kindly give us 1-2 working days to process your return request.
Once we have received your product(s), we will check it against the claim and start the replacement process accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
Some products may not be exchanged and is non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
INSURANCE
The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept online orders through the following modes of payment.
- Net Banking (NEFT)
- Debit & Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) from selected banks in India.
- UPI
In cases where the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received an order confirmation, kindly email us immediately at care@goinsanefit.com with the following details:
- Transaction Reference Number.
- Amount debited with registered Email ID
- Date & Time of Transaction.
Our team will verify with the payment service provider and inform/take action accordingly.
